I am not sure, therefore I must check you tax settings. What I think is that for this customer the tax settings of OpenCart is set to not pay tax. So not pay tax in all EU countries except the store country.

The best thing to do is you let all EU customers pay tax. When a valid vat number is given, my extension will make zero tax, you then will see an order total tax with 'Reverse charge - VAT exempt'. I don't see this, or maybe you made a language translation.

Yeah that's translated to Latvian. And yes thats how it work normaly. Everybody pays taxes expect the ones who enter correct VAT number. But in some cases like this above. She didn't enter vat number but yet VAT got reversed, but this kinda stuff so random happens only like 1 time of the 30. And i cant figure out why

But then i try to replicate, i enter exactly this customers data for me everything fine, bill comes with VAT included like it should. Any ideas?

Like here again you can see this customer didnt enter vat number but vat got reversed like he did

Strange, so you see in order totals a reverse charge vat total item?
If you have admin and ftp login I can check logging.
Please als give me the orders that are wrong.

Just to add maybe it will help. It happens not always maybe 1/10 orders
